J.D. Kelley



J.D. Kelley is a seasoned, commercial real estate professional and brings over 25 years of experience to the table with his accomplishment of transactions in over 200 real estate markets.

In 1980, Mr. Kelley formed Kelley-Lundeen Companies where, as President, he built a recognized regional firm specializing in office and retail leasing, corporate representation, as well as property management, resulting in annual gross revenues exceeding $5 million. Henry S. Miller Commercial purchased the company in 1997 to form the base of its corporate services and property
management group.

From 1996-2005, he has been retained as a strategic consultant through his Kelley-Lundeen Corporate Services to provide corporate real estate strategic services to 4 different Fortune 500 Companies, where he re-positioned over 2,000,000 square feet of corporate real estate in Canada and the United States valued at over $200 million.

Mr. Kelley’s expertise is at the intersection of finance, business operations, human resources, and real estate. He has well developed processes to align the major functions of large and complex organizations.

Mr. Kelley joined PRG to further the model of corporate real estate consulting with the purpose of creating relationships which result in relationships at the highest level with national corporate clients. He brings this discipline as well to PRG’s Investment Banking side with analytical precision and strategic planning providing focused asset management.

He is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in chemical engineering and economics. He spent the early years of his career with a major chemical company and was based in Los Angeles, Tokyo and New York. He has lived with his family in Dallas since 1980 where he has since been fully engaged in commercial real estate.
